Delivery & Returns
Delivery is FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom.
All UK orders shall be sent to you via MyHermes or Royal Mail 3 – 5 Days Service. We aim to ship orders within three working days, however where possible we do ship on the same working day the order is placed. Please note we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. We are currently receiving a huge demand for certain products so lead times may be longer than usual, please bare with us. If for some reason this is not possible we will notify you via email.
If, for some reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Should you still wish to order the item, we will hold your order on file and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. The item will be charged at the time you place the order, but there will only be one delivery charge.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates.
Returns Policy You may cancel your contract with Natures Well Labs for the goods you order anytime up to 14 days following dispatch of the goods. To cancel your contract you must give written notice to Natures Well Labs by email or phone.
If you have received your goods prior to cancelling your contract, then you must send these back unopened, and in the condition in which you received them, to us at your own cost. Once you have returned the goods, Power Health will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
